Our vacation cabin is available for rent April through September. Rates are $100/day, or $600/week. The cabin is located in Funter Bay, on the northwest side of Admiralty
Island in Southeast Alaska. It is approximately 12 air miles from
Juneau, and 25 miles from Auke Bay by boat. If you are not traveling by boat, we recommend making arrangements for floatplane travel from Juneau with Ward Air 907-789-9150
--The cabin is hand-built and sleeps four, with one queen-sized bed plus two single beds in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oil stove for heat and a separate propane cook stove. The cabin has an indoor bathroom with an on-demand propane-heated shower. All linens for the bathroom, beds, and kitchen are provided. Kayaks and lessons are available, as well as free skiff transportation within the bay. Meals are not included in the rental, but there are fresh vegetables in season, grown in our organic garden. You can catch dungeness crab and try for salmon, rock fish, or halibut within the bay. Be sure and purchase your sport fish license before you arrive.
